Wine Advocate #198
December 2011 - Antonio Galloni
Drink 2017 - 2025
Dark red berries, flowers, anise, graphite and spices are some of the nuances that flow from the 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon. Despite the initial radiance and sweetness of the fruit, there is plenty of underling structure and sheer power here. This is another fabulous effort from Chris Phelps. Anticipated maturity: 2014-2024.

December 2011 - Antonio Galloni
Drink 2014 - 2024
The 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon is a beautiful, understated wine graced with expressive red berries, flowers, spices and licorice. There is lovely purity and finesse to be found in this generous, inviting wine. The firm 2008 tannin that marks so many wines in this vintage is nowhere to be found. I suppose there is no substitute for working many of the best vineyards in Napa Valley. This is a terrific showing. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2018.
Wine Advocate #192
December 2010 - Robert Parker
Drink 2012 - 2018
2007 Ad Vivum
The dark ruby-colored 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon offers sweet aromas of cherries, black currants and
hints of spice and oak in the background. This medium-bodied Cabernet offers a graceful display of red and black fruits, excellent depth and moderate tannin. It should hit its peak in 2-3 years and last for 10-12.
Wine Spectator - November 2010
2008 Ad Vivum
